Class is on Wednesdays at 6pm. The workouts will be posted. Additional workouts will be posted on Monday & Friday.

Training focus: Bodyweight Training - Integral Strength & Physical Autonomy

For the next few weeks we're focusing on building overall, athletic strength using primarily bodyweight movements. This is a focused training that builds on itself. Come in and we'll get you caught up.
