Training focus: Bodyweight Training - Integral Strength & Physical Autonomy

For the next few weeks we're focusing on building overall, athletic strength using primarily bodyweight movements. This is a focused training that builds on itself. Come in and we'll get you caught up.


- Increase your strength in multiple positions.

- Increase your body control

- Increase your ability to quickly move multi-laterally

- Increase cardio

-Injury prevention by developing stronger ankles and knees.

• Sumo Toss & Catch :30
• KB Pull Over and Press :30
• Juggling Bent Over Row : 30
• Hopping Pushups:30
